Event Santa Cruz teamed up with Santa Cruz Waves to throw a fun cocktail party at the Verve headquarters in Seabright. A fun evening of cocktails, music, food and friends.

Each project is a combination of subject, lighting and background. It’s a fun challenge to line up all three!

This shoot for Santa Cruz County was especially fun. We had to get the motorcycle into the bowl of Derby Skate Park on the West Side of Santa Cruz. The lighting was good and the models were easy to work with. We ended up with some colorful shots.

I had the pleasure of going up to Roaring Camp to get still shots while Yellow Bus filmed commercial reels for Roaring Camp’s Kids Club. It was a beautiful day to work up in the redwoods with an awesome group.

Event Santa Cruz has been throwing some really fun block parties. Here is a slideshow of their End of Summer Block Party in the Haut Surf Shop lot. Happy times and happy documented memories.

I had the pleasure of shooting Community Bridges‘ Farm to Fork Gala. Set on the green in the beautiful Aptos Village Park, it was an evening of inspiration and good food.
